Sea Hags Tasmania is a diverse group of fierce women who push themselves beyond their comfort zones by braving the ocean all year round. This group started when two Hags decided to jump into the cold Tassie ocean regularly for their health. It’s grown from there due to the need for connection, support, personal growth and empowerment.
The usual meeting point is the South end of Kingston Beach, near the beach playground. Usually there is coffee/tea afterwards at the Salty Dog or Ebb and Flow.
Weekdays – 7am
Weekends & public holidays: 8am
“Tardy” swims happen later in the day but times vary depending on who is available. The Haggies have a chat group for tardy swimmers.
