About the swim group

The Lone Rockers meet on the Yamba Surf Club steps around 8.15am for an 8.30 start, every day, all year!

All abilities welcome, but we don’t provide official water safety.
Locals and visitors are always welcome to join us.
We swim from Main beach across to Convent Beach, we stop, then head back across to Main Beach or across to Lone Rock! Going around the rock is a must in the right conditions!
