There is less than a month left of winter with the numbers out swimming likely to grow.
In Tassie that doesn’t mean the water will heat up quickly. It’ll remain fairly chilly until about October. I have been swimming without a wetsuit this year and I just might make it through without putting it on. But, I have shortened my swims. A couple of weeks ago I experienced afterdrop, and decided that it was time to shorten my swim to ensure that wouldn’t happen again. Safety comes first, I’m mindful of that, especially given my recent interview with Heather Massey.
Thank you for your support with the swim caps. I have another batch on order, with the swimmer and I have some new caps arriving without our lady diver. Buying a cap is a way you can support the podcast, and I thank those who’ve already done that!
Other ways you can support the pod – is by sharing it, and reviewing and rating it on Spotify or Apple. That helps spread the word about it.
Remember you can get in touch and let me know about your swim group. And use the form on the website if you’d like to add your tribe to the searchable function to find a tribe around Australia.
Until next time, keep swimming – and be safe!

P.S.
This is me and podcast co-founder Julia, modelling the caps… we’re giggling because that was about our tenth selfie – to get our heads in the frame!
