We are a joyous group of women (and some men) from The Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria.

We try to swim, walk or play in the bay or the ocean each morning. We encourage people to join us and feel the benefits of swimming (or walking/dipping) and the community we are building. However, while we have the motto “no-one left alone” please be aware that swimming in water of any depth and temperature can sometimes be dangerous and that as individuals we are all responsible for ourselves.

We encourage members to ask questions and self-educate. 

Swim times change:
Mon-Fri – is always sunrise at Indented Head Yacht Club.
This moves from 6am in Summer and 7.30am in winter.
Weekends – 7.30 (year round).
